What's the difference between a chiller van and a freezer van?
Temperature. A chiller van holds 0–8 °C for fresh, not-frozen goods; a freezer van holds around −18 °C for frozen goods. If anything must stay frozen, you need a freezer van — a chiller can’t hold −18 °C.
What van sizes can I hire?
We rent 1-ton, 2-ton, 3-ton and 5-ton refrigerated vans, each available as a chiller or freezer build, plus multi-temp vans and refrigerated trucks. Payloads run from about 1,000 kg to 5,000 kg.
Can one van carry both chilled and frozen goods?
